The age of the driver must be 22 years or older and must have a valid driving license issued at least 3 years ago. This qualification applies to all types of cars.

When hiring the vehicle, the renter will be given a Rental Agreement which has to check and signed. The Rental Agreement will show all services and insurances provided as well as any extra services/insurances that the renter might request with their relevant charges.It is very important that the renter checks and reports any means of damages on the vehicle in order to avoid any charges regarding damages caused by a previous renter.

All vehicles have a third party insurance, and there is the Collision Damage Waiver ( C.D.W ) and the Super Collision Damage Waiver with an extra cost per day.

You can cancel a reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival.

In case the renter fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date and time without any written or telephone conversation, we will cancel the reservation after 3 hours

It is forbidden unless you will contact with our company and pay the extra fee which is 50 euros.

If the renter wants to keep the vehicle longer than the contracted period, he will have to contact us at least one day earlier in order to extend his Rental Agreement. The vehicle has to be refueled by the client

The renter of the vehicle is the only one responsible for any traffic offense fines and related administration fees incurred during their rental period.

• A.I (Personal Accident Insurance) covering both the passengers and the driver, standard and included in all our cars
• T.P BASIC INSURANCE (Third Party Liability Coverage) All vehicles are insured against liability to third parties for death or injury or property damage.
• C.D.W(Collision Damage Waiver) which means that there is a 500€ excess to pay in case of collision damage . NOT valid when driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding or in traffic violation.
• S.C.D.W (Super Collision Damage Waiver) means that there is a full protection in case of a collision damage
• C.D.W insurance does not cover the tires, undercarriage,glass parts (including winscrean).Also loss or damage to the car key , the locks , car documents & number plates. So, we offer this optional insurance to cover all the above.
